Catering Procedures – Jamestown Campus

By contract with Faculty Student Association of JCC, Personal Touch Food Service, Inc has the right of first refusal on all catered events over $100.00 that are held at the Jamestown Campus of JCC.

In January 2019, Personal Touch launched a new online catering system called Catertrax.

  1. Create a new account at Catertrax. Accept catering policies by initialing.
  2. Use EIN for JCC, FSA, or Foundation (the entity who will pay the invoice).
  3. Complete the catering menu. This will auto generate an email request for quote. Three quotes are required for purchases over $1,500, regardless of the exclusive contract.
  4. Personal Touch will price the event and send Catering Quote back to you for approval.
  5. Either approve the event and pricing, connect with Personal Touch for any necessary changes, or utilize one of the other quotes and indicate why you aren’t using Personal Touch (ex. unable to reach desired budget, unavailable for event, unable to make desired menu).
  6. Once the menu, vendor, and cost are finalized, if the amount is $100 or over, send a requisition and signed Catering Quote to JCC Purchasing to finalize the Purchase Order (PO).
  7. Send a copy of the signed Catering Quote to Personal Touch.
  8. Purchasing will email you the completed PO and invoice. Return promptly for payment.
