Study Groups

Join a study group this semester

The Learning Centers host study groups to support academic success. Groups can be tutor-led. Most study groups meet via Zoom.

Top five reasons to join a study group:

  1. Learn new study habits
  2. Develop a support system
  3. Commitment to others increases motivation and accountability
  4. Group members may understand something you don’t and can help you
  5. Hear different perspectives

How to join a study group

  1. Log into Starfish.
  2. Select Courses in the menu. A course with a study group will have a link to sign up.
  3. After signing up, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link to join.

If your course doesn't have a study group, contact the Learning Center for options.
