Salamanca School students participate in events through Liberty Partnerships at JCC and the local community.

• Advocacy Day trip to meet with local congressmen in Albany, NY
• College Connections workshop and  support for testing and enrollment
• College Consortium to learn about college opportunities
• College 101 presentations to learn about the college application process
• Virtual college visits to learn about options after high school and admissions processes

Development activities:

• Field trips to explore area institutions
• Brave Jamestown Event, girls’ empowerment day
• Presentation and discussion of JCC musicals
• Workshops on self care and emotional health
• Themed game nights to bring families together
• Leadership Day to meet local leaders in the community and work together to solve issues
• Virtual camp focused on recognizing students’ strengths
