LPP High School Activities

Jamestown High School students participate in events through Liberty Partnerships at JCC, JHS, and the local community.

College and career activities:

  • Academy Day presentations to learn about services at JHS
  • Career panels to introduce JHS students to different fields and careers
  • College 101 presentations to learn about the college application process
  • Financial aid nights to complete FAFSA and TAP applications with JCC support
  • Virtual college visits to learn about options after high school and admissions processes

Development activities:

  • Brave Jamestown Event, girls’ empowerment day
  • Family Engagement Night to bring families together
  • Field trips to explore area institutions
  • Leadership Day to meet local leaders in the community and work together to solve issues
  • Presentation and discussion of JCC musicals
  • Virtual camp focused on recognizing students’ strengths
LPP Middle School Activities

Jamestown Middle School students participate in events through Liberty Partnerships at JCC, JMS, and the local community.

College, career, and development activities:

  • Book clubs that focuses on cultural and social issues
  • Field trips to JCC to explore programs
  • Game and trivia night to bring families together
  • Leadership Day to meet local leaders in the community and work together to solve issues
  • Virtual events that focus on career opportunities
