Federal & state labor law notices
In accordance with applicable federal and New York State labor laws, employers are required to display official employment law notices in locations that are readily accessible to employees. These postings inform employees of their rights and responsibilities under laws governing wages and hours, workplace safety, nondiscrimination, family and medical leave, and other employment-related matters.
