Attend JCC with the Good Neighbors PA Scholarship

Jamestown Community College offers the Good Neighbors PA Scholarship to new, first-time freshman, degree-seeking students who demonstrate residency in McKean, Warren, and Erie counties in Pennsylvania.

Amount

This scholarship offers one-half of the current academic year out-of-state tuition amount.

Eligibility
  • New, first-time freshman, matriculated (degree-seeking) students who demonstrate residency in McKean, Warren, and Erie counties in Pennsylvania
  • Students can be part-time or full-time students.
  • Students residing in residence halls are not eligible for this scholarship.
  • Students who are awarded the Good Neighbors - PA Scholarship may also be eligible for the USA Scholarship.
Duration & Maintaining Eligibility

The Good Neighbors PA Scholarship duration is available for two semesters (fall 2025 and spring 2026).

*This trial is being supported with JCC Foundation funding and is currently scheduled to support the 2025-2026 academic year only.
