EARN Grant

Experience college while you are in high school

Get a head start on your college and career goals with Jamestown Community College! The Educational Advancement for Regional Neighbors (EARN) program allows high school students, including homeschooled students, to take courses at JCC at a significantly reduced rate.

You can enroll in up to 11 credit hours each semester at either the Jamestown or Cattaraugus County campus locations, or online.

The EARN program includes a grant that will cover half the cost of in-state tuition for up to two courses or half the cost of out-of-state tuition for one course each semester. Students can apply for the grant each semester as long as they’re enrolled in high school. Seniors graduating in June can use the EARN grant for the summer immediately following graduation.

EARN is currently accepting applications for both Summer and Fall 2026. Select the term you wish to apply for after clicking the application button.
