JCC students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend the annual Welcome Back Picnic and Student Involvement Fair!
Student clubs and organizations will be recruiting new members! If you have a special interest and a club doesn't exist for it, all it takes is five students and a faculty or staff advisor to start a new club.
The picnic is sponsored by the campus life program.
Willie Rosas, mayor of Dunkirk, presents "Personal and Professional Reflections on the Constitution and Immigration."
The remarks are part of Constitution Day, a program designed for students to celebrate history and learn how to become involved in civic engagement on their way to graduating as model citizens, will feature keynote speaker.
The event will be live streamed from the Jamestown Campus. Pizza will be served.

Brandon “Griot B” Brown has been an educator for over 10 years. As a teacher in South Los Angeles and Inglewood, CA, he used hip-hop in his classroom to increase students’ achievement. As an assistant principal in Richmond, CA, Brown boasted the lowest suspension rate - three - in his district. He understands the value of education and the necessity of making school a fun place to learn.
