Join us for a relaxing drop-in event where creativity meets self-care. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to de-stress, Artful Wellness is a space to breathe, reflect, and express yourself through art. We'll provide all the supplies and instructions — just bring yourself. No experience needed. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded.
The Cattaraugus County Campus Art Club and Success Center is ready to help you create a vision board for the spring semester. All supplies are provided.
A vision board is a collage of images, words, and quotes that visually represent a person's goals, dreams, and aspirations, acting as a tool to motivate them to achieve their desired life by regularly visualizing their future through this visual representation.

Enjoy 45 minutes of relaxation while Western New York vocalist, songwriter, and musician Saranaide takes you on a sound journey using a variety of instruments and her own voice to promote deep relaxation. Learn how sound can be part of your self-care routines. Though not required, consider bringing a light blanket and/or eye mask, and your own yoga mat if you prefer that to a gym mat.

Any student, faculty, or staff member interested in Narcan (Naltrexone) training is invited to attend this session led by a trainer from Safe Point Lighthouse. Everyone who completes the training will receive a NarCan kit. Education on harm reduction and MAT treatment will also be provided.
