Based on the cult classic film, "Heathers" is the story of Veronica Sawyer, a senior at the fictional Westerberg High. Veronica longs to be cool like the clique of it-girls that runs Westerberg: the unaffected, unattainable Heathers — until she finds out that being one of them means bullying the same kids she used to call friends. Paper types range from handmade by the artists themselves to commercial. In the hands of each artist, the ubiquitous is transformed into something unique. The exhibition is curated by the Weeks Gallery's Visiting Curator and local artist Debra Eck.
