Virtual Admissions, Program Information Sessions

As operations continue to be conducted remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic situation, Jamestown Community College has scheduled several opportunities for prospective students and their families to learn about the college, its programs, and admissions process through web-based platforms.

“Although JCC’s facilities remain closed due to restrictions caused by the coronavirus, we welcome the opportunity to connect with individuals interested in starting – or continuing – their educational journey at JCC,” said Corrine Case, director of admissions and recruitment.

JCC’s admissions office will begin holding virtual office hours from 10 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, beginning May 18. No registration is required to join a Zoom meeting in which an admissions representative will outline the enrollment process and answer questions. To participate, visit link. JCC will join the State University of New York’s 63 other colleges and universities in the SUNY Virtual College Fair from 3-7 p.m. on May 14 and 1-5 p.m. on May 16. The event is designed to give students a chance to explore all of the institutions that comprise The State University of New York. Visit link  to register for the event.

A virtual conversation, in which faculty will discuss programs within JCC’s engineering, manufacturing, and applied technology career community, will be held on May 20, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Visit link to register for the event.

A business and entrepreneurship career community virtual conversation, featuring JCC’s programs and faculty, will be held May 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Visit link to register for the event.
