JCC’s North County Center in Dunkirk is offering a series of skill building workshops to enhance supervisory capabilities within companies and organizations.
The 10-day Successful Supervision certificate program features sessions led by experienced trainers from various employment sectors. Timely topics for current, new, and prospective supervisors are examined. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion from JCC.
The program meets from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Thursdays, January 23 through March 26.
The skills needed to transition into a supervisory role, specific laws that apply to supervisors, effective communication techniques, and how to motivate your team toward company goals are featured in each interactive training session.
