Vaccination Clinic - Jamestown Campus

We will host an on-campus vaccination clinic for JCC students only on Thursday, September 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Jamestown Campus’ PHED Lobby. Must bring photo ID. Anyone seeking a second or third shot must bring proof of first and/or second doses. Please choose from the following links to register. Walk-ins will be accepted as well.
