Join Lisa and Brittany for Yoga with Goats. This gentle flow class will help increase your energy, strength and flexibility while goats come right up to your mat and possibly jump on your back. Class focuses on stretching, breathing exercises, and basic poses and ends with the restorative power of relaxation. Masks are required for participants.
