Hyflex
Combines online and face-to-face instruction. Students may participate in different ways: online - synchronous, online - asynchronous, face-to-face, or as a flexible learner (student has a degree of choice as to how they participate each week).
Flex
Flex courses may provide students with the opportunity to meet in-person on campus, on the synchronous days and times already scheduled, if conditions allow.
Imputed credits
Imputed credits are developmental courses for students who need to prepare themselves for college-level work. They count toward financial aid requirements but do not count toward earned college credits or GPA.
Interactive TV
Classes are taught live from one campus location and broadcast to one or more additional campus locations. Cameras and microphones at all sites allow faculty and learners to see and talk with each other.
Pharmacology & Dosage Calc — 5200

This course provides an introduction to the core principles of pharmacology, focusing on a wide range of drug classifications and their effects on the body. A key emphasis is placed on the application of the nursing process in drug administration, and the course also includes important drug calculations. Open to Practical Nursing majors only. This course explores the evolution of nursing, current trends in the field, and introduces the healthcare delivery system to students. It covers essential communication techniques, including documentation, and examines legal and ethical considerations, as well as the role of the LPN within the healthcare system. Students will be encouraged to apply the nursing process and critical thinking when providing care to clients across the health-illness continuum. In the lab, students will develop fundamental nursing skills, with both lab and theoretical content being applied in a long-term care setting. Open to Practical Nursing majors only.
