Guarantees acceptance of Jamestown Community College associate degree graduates into their choice of major (with the exception of competitive majors or programs that have a waiting list) at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Establishes eligibility of students who graduate from JCC through Summer 2021 with an A.A., A.S., or A.A.S. degree for the Pennsylvania in-state tuition rate.
