High school students apply by published deadlines to SUNY Upstate and to JCC. Students accepted into this program during their senior year of high school are guaranteed admission, provided they maintain the GPA requirement and meet all conditions of acceptance, into one of the upper division programs at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
