JCC’s workforce readiness department staff will relocate to the Manufacturing Technology Institute at the end of October.
The move from JCC’s Carnahan Center to the MTI facilities, which are located at 512 Falconer St., is designed to better serve customers and students who are enrolled in technical and career ready workforce readiness programs.
“JCC works closely with area companies and organizations to ensure that the training was exactly what they needed,” says Holger Ekanger, vice president of workforce readiness. “We pride ourselves on the quality of our programs to guide students to a better understanding of the tasks in front of them.”
The department will continue to deliver training to businesses and facilitate training room and computer lab rentals in the Carnahan Center.
