SUNY Jamestown Community College welcomed three new full-time faculty members for the Spring 2024 semester.
Dr. Lillian Truong, who taught remotely last semester as an adjunct, is an assistant professor of Biology/Chemistry. She earned a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular physiology from Albany Medical College and has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from SUNY Albany.
Joseph Spess is an instructor of Mechanical Technology. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Penn State Behrend. Spess was previously an industrial welding and fabricating plant manager.
Jennifer Howe is an instructor of Human Services and Addictions Counseling. She has a master’s degree in counselor education and clinical medical counseling from the University of Nevada, and bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice from SUNY Fredonia. Howe has served as an adjunct instructor for JCC.
