SUNY Jamestown Community College is accepting nominations for the 2026 Alumni Nurse of Distinction Award, which will be presented at the JCC Foundation Awards Gala in November.

For more than 60 years, JCC’s Nursing program has prepared highly skilled and compassionate professionals who serve communities across western New York. The Alumni Nurse of Distinction Award recognizes graduates who reflect that legacy through excellence in patient care and dedication to the nursing profession.

Established in 2002, the award has been presented to more than 120 outstanding nursing alumni.

Nominees can be graduates of the program from either the Jamestown or Cattaraugus County campuses.

Nominations are open through Aug. 1. To submit a nomination or learn more, visit sunyjcc.edu/Alumni/Awards.
