JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – The SUNY Jamestown Community College Music Department has four performances planned this spring on campus. All are free and open to the public.
They include:
Faculty Recital, 3 p.m. April 30 at Scharmann Theatre: Features JCC faculty soloists and ensembles performing music in a variety of styles.
Spring Concert, 7 p.m. May 2 at Scharmann Theatre: Features the JCC Concert Choir and Concert Band performing selections in different styles. The Concert Choir is directed by Julie Costantini and the Concert Band by Chris Wakefield.
Spring Jam!, 7 p.m. May 4 at Scharmann Theatre: This energetic and exciting concert features JCC student rock ensembles performing selections in a range of styles. The ensembles are directed by Bill Eckstrom.
Student Recital, 3 p.m. May 7 at Sheldon Center room 138: Features JCC’s best student soloists, performing selections from Bach to Broadway and beyond.

Each event is sponsored by JCC’s Society and Human Expression Career Community, the Faculty Student Association, and the Division of Arts, Humanities, and Health Sciences.
