Two films will be shown during JCC’s Our Planet, Our Choice film series in November.
The films, sponsored by JCC’s sustainability committee and Earth Awareness Club, are free and open to the public. Films begin at 7 p.m. in the Carnahan Center Theatre.
A Fierce Green Fire: The Battle for a Living Planet will be shown on November 5. The film explores the environmental movement -- grassroots and global activism -- spanning 50 years.
Tomorrow, an acclaimed documentary showcasing alternative and creative ways of viewing agriculture, economics, energy and education, will be shown on November 19.
