The program is designed to help adults, who are also balancing work and family commitments, complete a college degree in two years. Students supplement their time in the classroom with online instruction.

"The Career Advantage Program is an excellent choice for adults who want to start or finish a degree," emphasized program director Elizabeth Booth. "It combines the flexibility of online learning with the stability of in-class instruction, helping adults balance their busy lives and excel no matter their learning style."

JCC’s health information technology and human services degree programs are featured in Career Advantage.
