HHS Training Coordinator

I am contracted full time to the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services serving as the staff development training coordinator. In collaboration with Workforce Development, I manage a local district training contract aimed at developing and implementing staff development efforts to meet the needs of HHS employees for their professional development, advancement and to satisfy agency requirements.

I enjoy supporting our employees and strengthening HHS's ability to meet its mission, face challenges, accomplish goals, and create better outcomes for the people we serve.
