DSS Training Coordinator

I am contracted full time to the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services serving as the staff development training coordinator. In collaboration with Workforce Development, I manage a local district higher education, technical assistance, and training contract to enhance the department's effectiveness in a rapidly changing, resource-constrained operating environment, while also focusing on the training needs of the employees. The focus is to meet the needs of DSS employees for their professional development, advancement, and to satisfy agency requirements.

I enjoy supporting our employees and strengthening DSS's ability to meet its mission, face challenges, accomplish goals, and create better outcomes for the people served.
