Associate Professor

My role is to facilitate student learning by expanding critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. These skills are taught within the classroom and online through discussions, hands-on learning, research, and exploration. At JCC, I use real-world experiences to supplement course work and provide students with opportunities to connect with clinicians and other OT/OTA students.

Providing occupational therapy to the Chautauqua County community has been my passion for the past 10+ years. I now hope to show future OT practitioners why this profession is critical to our community and society. As an alumna of this program, I desire to provide the same high-quality education that I received as a student.

I am a current member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the NYS Occupational Therapy Association (NYSOTA). I continue to work as a pediatric occupational therapist within local school districts and provide OT consultation services to families and other clinicians.
