Guarantees acceptance of JCC students who successfully complete up to 75 transferable credits with a minimum grade of C in each transferred course, achieve a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.6, meet UPB conduct standards, complete application and deposit requirements by May 1, pass a basic skills assessment, meet specified grade requirements for any courses already taken at UPB, and have current specified clearances.  Also guarantees junior standing to students who transfer a minimum of 60 credit hours, and guarantees the opportunity to complete the transfer program in four semesters at UPB to JCC students who complete courses specified in the agreement as part of their  associate's degree. Admission to the transfer program also requires one specified pre-requisite course which can be taken either at JCC or at UPB, and another specified pre-requisite course which must be taken at UPB.  Students who wait until they transfer to UPB to take one or both of these courses may require more than four semesters to complete the transfer program.
