Learn practical steps and imaginative tools to integrate resiliency into your work and lives to help combat burnout. This session will also be instrumental in building a network of people interested in reproducing the process in their organizations and/or departments to raise resilience.
This series of six workshops is designed for the new supervisor and those preparing to enter a supervisory role. Topics include Myers Briggs indicator, Developing Your Management Style and Interpersonal Skills, Communication Effectiveness, Time Management and Decision Making, Conflict Management, Negotiating, Feedback and Building High Performance Teams.
This seminar prepares individuals for the NYS test and provides a comprehensive view of the notary public office. Confusing laws, concepts, and procedures are clarified in plain English. Examples are provided to illuminate situations that the officer is likely to encounter such as avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining professional ethics and more. Tuition includes text.
