Professor, Political Science
Dr. Greg Rabb is a professor of political science at Jamestown Community College. He is also a national mentor and consultant to the College Board for the teaching of Advanced Placement (AP) in Government and Politics, and an adjunct lecturer in political science at Buffalo State College. Outside of campus, Rabb has been president and councilman at large of the Jamestown City Council 2008-2017, a City of Jamestown marriage officer since 2011, and delegate to the 2012 Democratic National Convention from New York U.S. House District 27.
Rabb has received numerous awards for his dedication and advocacy for social justice and human rights, including the Sarah G. Metzger Award, Excellence in Leadership Award, SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching, T. Richard Parker Memorial Award for Social Justice, Unitarian Universalist Congregation Award for Social Justice, Jamestown Community College Faculty Award for Excellence, EMBRACE WNY Award, and multiple fellowships.
