Explore careers this summer
Take the next step in your career journey with the Summer Explore program at Jamestown Community College!
Led by JCC's Career Services, the Summer Explore program is open to everyone, whether you are enrolled in high school or college, or not enrolled in either.
Option 1: Career exploration day camp
The Summer Explore day camp focuses on hands-on experience. Day campers will learn about being career ready and participate in career exploration, including field trips, guest speakers, and mini projects. Participants will leave with a professional resume and cover letter, LinkedIn account and tools for building a professional network, and assessment results for soft skills and careers.
- Dates: Monday, July 11-Thursday, July 28 | 9 a.m.-4 p.m. | Lunch provided
- Cost: Free
Space is limited! To register for the Summer Explore day camp, complete the registration form by May 31, 2022.
Option 2: Choose your own career adventure
For individualized assistance and career exploration, you can choose your own Summer Explore adventure with our menu of services. Need help applying for a job? Want to meet a professional in the field you’re interested in or try an internship? We can help you tailor your Summer Explore program.
We are also offering 25 paid internships for those interested in taking their careers to the next level. Some restrictions apply.
