Students will focus on the understanding of leadership theory and elements of self-awareness, understanding personal leadership style, and followership as it applies to the leader/follower relationship. The goal of this course is to focus on students' leadership style and to prepare them for further leadership study and application. Leadership Internship — 3188
LDR 2010 – 3 credits

Students receive on-the-job experience consisting of 135 hours of supervised activity in a local business or industry. Students work in conjunction with a faculty mentor and a supervisor at the job site. All guidelines in the original college internship policy will be followed. Prerequisite: completion of at least 12 college-level credits with a GPA of 2.0 or better. Master Course Syllabus
