Special Agreements - Radiologic Technology

Earn Your School of Radiologic Technology Certificate of Completion and Your Associate’s Degree

Applicants should note that admission to radiologic technology schools is highly competitive, and that this agreement does not guarantee admission. Beginning in 2013, certification as a radiologic technologist from an accredited program such as those offered by Bradford Regional Medical Center, St. James Mercy Hospital, and WCA Hospital will require both graduation from the program and a college degree at the associate’s level or higher. Students who meet these requirements are eligible to take the nationally recognized American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam and, after passing that exam, can work as radiologic technologists anywhere in the United States. Jamestown Community College has established transfer articulation agreements with the radiologic technology schools at Bradford Regional Medical Center, St. James Mercy Hospital, and WCA Hospital which allow students to apply their radiologic technology coursework toward the requirements for an associate’s degree from JCC.
