Immunization requirements for all students taking six or more credit hours at JCC. Please refer to the Immunization Requirement Brochure for complete details.

• You are required to provide JCC Health Center with a copy of your Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunizations. 
• You are required to complete the meningitis response form as to your choice regarding the voluntary meningitis vaccination.
• You are responsible for getting all immunization records to the Health Center at JCC.

Failure to comply will result in administrative withdrawal from JCC and a $25 fine.
