Housing for Cattaraugus County Campus students

Make the most of your college experience at Jamestown Community College by living in the residence halls at nearby St. Bonaventure University. A cooperative program between JCC and St. Bonaventure gives you the experience of traditional college residential living at an affordable cost.

As a JCC resident at SBU, you'll have access to St. Bonaventure's library, fitness center, laundry facilities, and dining options while being only a three-mile drive from the JCC campus.

Application and cost

Residential housing for JCC students is filled on a first come, first served basis according to the submission date of the housing application and a $200 security deposit. JCC students are placed in one of St. Bonaventure's underclassmen residence halls.

If you are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian signature must accompany your own signature to make the application valid. Notification of housing and room assignments is shared before the semester begins, using the email address provided on the housing application.

About St. Bonaventure housing

Students are assigned to one of SBU’s underclassmen residence halls with single or double occupancy rooms. All residence hall rooms have a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet space for each student. Wireless internet access is available in the residence halls, and each hall has a lounge area where students gather to socialize.

JCC students have access to St. Bonaventure's library, fitness center, laundry facilities, and dining options. JCC students living on the SBU campus must purchase a meal plan from St. Bonaventure.
