  • Develop and deliver engaging work readiness and team building curriculum to align with Success proposal
  • Develop marketing and outreach materials for Success Program
  • Work with agency partners to provide appropriate referrals and seamless coordinated service delivery 
  • Work with business and education partners leaders who volunteer as speakers and/or mentors
  • Maintains a rapport with local employers, general public and other community agencies.
  • Work with businesses and not-for-profit agencies to develop job shadowing and community service opportunities for participants
  • Act as a liaison with employers in resolving any work issues with youth employed at their site
  • Provide employer orientations to all new work experience worksites
  • Recruit participants for programs directly and through referrals from partnering youth agencies
  • Ensure that the youth are assessed and placed appropriately
  • Work closely (1:1) and in group settings with the youth to develop work readiness and job retention skills
  • Make referrals to appropriate community resources
  • Complete all reporting required by funding source and the WIB
  • Logistical preparation for events and trainings
  • Manage a performance tracking system, which meets customer needs and all regulatory obligations
  • Submit all regulatory and funder requested reports in an accurate and timely fashion
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferred academic background in education, business or human services.
  • Experience working with hard-to-serve youth.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in collaborative and creative work settings.
