New Vision Services, Inc.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides direct individualized support to assigned TBI waiver enrolled individuals in an ethical, holistic and professional, non-judgmental manner. Provides support essential for the individuals health and welfare. These services include cueing, prompting and supervision with activities of daily living and independent activities of daily living.


-At least 18 years of age

-Is able to follow verbal instructions

-High school or equivalency diploma and/or current PCA certification (If the candidate meets all criteria, except for holding a current/verified PCA II Certification, the candidate can be offered conditional employment status and be considered a "trainee" and compensated as such during the initial and 40-hour classroom-training period. Regular probationary employment status will be contingent upon successful completion of the PCA II Certification).

-Have the ability and skills necessary to meet the participant's needs that will be addressed through this service.

-Valid driver's license; acceptable driving recordĀ 

-May need to use a personal vehicle and needs automobile insurance (minimum of NYS requirements for personal liability). May need valid drivers license and acceptable driving record based upon the needs of the individual.
