Monroe Community College

Provide leadership, planning and strategic direction for developing and growing partnerships with K-12 schools and their career and college readiness programs. This position will collaborate with college faculty and departments for the vision, purpose, and overall direction and effectiveness of partnerships and programs in support of the college mission. 

  • Earned master's degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution
  • Experience with high school and early college programs serving diverse populations
  • Evidence of effective interpersonal communication, problem solving, project management, and follow through
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting a multi-cultural environment 
  • Mastery of the basic skills required in budgeting and personal administration
  • Evidence of proficiency with technology, including: student information systems, presentation tools, Microsoft Office programs 


  • Three to five years experience in higher education administration, preferably in a two-year college
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience
