|Lock in your housing costs for two years |
Guarantees like this are few and far between. Think about it: in what other parts of your life can you register for a high-quality service or experience and be assured that the price you pay today will be the same one you pay next year?
As soon as you are accepted into JCC and make your housing deposit, you are covered by the Hillside Suites Housing Price Guarantee for the following academic year.
This guarantee will assure the price will stay the same for the same type of room (for example, if you lived in a single for 2016-17, you must live in a single for 2017-18) for the following academic year. Just be sure to fill out the returning student application in the spring of 2017, make your $200 security deposit with the Business Office, and we will hold the rate!
|Application and costs |
The application and license is for the entire academic year. The cost for a single room is $7,500 for the year, with $3,750 due at the beginning of each semester. Limited double room accommodations are available for $6,700, with $3,350 due at the beginning of each semester.
When you live on campus for two consecutive years, JCC will lock in your housing costs. In other words, you will pay the same the second year as you did the first – saving you hundreds of dollars.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent/guardian signature must accompany your own signature to make the application valid.
