Auditions will be held August 29 and 30 for JCC's production of Cabaret in November.

The auditions, which begin at 7 p.m. in Scharmann Theatre on JCC’s Jamestown Campus, are open to students and community members. The plot, background, and vision for the show will be discussed. Singers are encouraged to perform a memorized song from Cabaret. A pianist will be provided.

Performances are set for November 4, 5, 11, 12, 18 and 19 at 8 p.m. and November 12 at 2 p.m.

Cabaret, adapted from the novel Goodbye to Berlin, is set in Berlin in 1931 as the Nazis are rising to power.
