Our experienced needs assessment team works with an organization to discover where training is most urgently needed and to develop a long-range training plan to keep the training effort on track. Assessment can be conducted for a targeted group of employees
or for the entire organization.

JCC's trainers are selected from the community as well as the college for their experience and expertise. Because they are, in most cases, local residents, they are readily available for follow-up sessions and can accommodate unique training schedule requests.

In most cases, if ten or more employees will be trained, a customized program is actually less expensive than its equivalent public offering. There are also grants available to qualified businesses that can significantly reduce the cost of your training program.
