Job Description: 

Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) provides tutorial services and seeks 10 interns for tutor placement in area middle and high schools. Interns will be able to implement teaching strategies, gain valuable professional experience, and expand their professional network.

Requirements: 
  • Excellent communication, written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency in specific subject(s)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Computer literacy
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work and communicate with a diverse population, including students, families, faculty, and staff
Responsibilities: 

Selected interns will provide a vital role as tutors to middle and/or high school students in various academic areas. Interns can choose which subjects to tutor based on their preferences and skills and can set their own weekly schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to serve the community, earn credit hours, and apply your learning in the real world.

Hours per Week: 
5 hours/week
Days/Hours Intern is Needed: 

Monday-Friday afternoons, possibly Saturdays
