Great Blue Heron Music Festival/Heron Bluegrass Festival
Job Description:

The Great Blue Heron Music Festival currently seeks an intern to assist with recycling. Intern will know the importance of conservation, the science of composting, and the difference between renewable and nonrenewable resources. The three R’s and Rainbow Recycling can help the intern develop creative thinking and strategic skills and gain a deep respect for the environment.

Applicants should have a passion for the environment and a desire to work hard and get dirty. Creativity is always a plus! Environmental sciences majors are encouraged to apply.

The intern will develop an understanding of how we reduce, reuse, and recycle at Rainbow Recycling. The intern will also keep schedules and shifts on track and train new volunteers as they begin their shifts at Rainbow Recycling.
