Job Description: 

Elwood Staffing currently seeks one intern for its employment agency. Intern will learn how to function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority, high volume environment. Intern will also gain experience in HR employment testing, time and schedule management, and HR processes and management within a Fortune 500 company.

Requirements: 

Applicants should have previous customer service experience, solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail) effectively and efficiently, and a willingness to learn. Applicants should also demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally.

Intern will have to drive as part of the internship.

Responsibilities: 

Intern will assist with greeting and managing candidate schedules during screening process, proctor testing and assessments, and guide the activities of candidates and associates to ensure all client qualifications are met. Intern will provide superior customer service in all aspects of the job.

Hours per Week: 
30 hours/week
Days/Hours Intern is Needed: 

First shift, Monday-Friday
