Job Description: 

Cattaraugus Community Action currently seeks five interns to assist their non-profit with meeting the needs of the community. Projects vary depending on placement. Food pantry interns will give clients food according to guidelines and put food away from Food Bank deliveries; soup kitchen interns will prepare, serve, and clean-up after; etc. Cattaraugus Community Action also has domestic violence programs (intern would have to meet with staff first).

Interns can expect to learn more about individuals living in poverty or as victims, nutritional information, record-keeping, domestic violence issues, and running food pantries.
