Job Description: 

The Robert H. Jackson Center seeks qualified interns to assist the collections and exhibits manager with general collections management projects as it pursues its goal to advance public awareness and appreciation of the achievements and legacy of Justice Robert H. Jackson.

Requirements: 

Applicants should have an understanding of general collections management, including cataloging and inventory processes and digitizing artifacts. Students concentrating on museum studies, library science, history, political science, or legal studies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: 

The focus of the Center this spring/summer is performing an overview of our inventory of the collections. Tasks include, but are not limited to: cataloging new donations and loans, object photography, data entry, artifact handling, digitizing collections, material rehousing, and research.
