Scholarships & Memorial Funds
JCC and the JCC Foundation strongly believe that a college education should be within the reach of every student. To that end, we currently provide over 70 scholarship programs for students. In 2013, we distributed $834,421 in scholarships, grants, and other support, all of which helped our students achieve their goals.
Over the years, many supporters have created funds to promote study in a favorite academic program, honor a loved one, or help meet other special needs. Below is a list of the JCC Foundation's family of funds. Please note that these are only the funds directly managed by the JCC Foundation. For a separate list of scholarships and funds available to JCC students, visit the Scholarship Listing maintained by the JCC Office of Financial Aid.

An important part of how the JCC Foundation supports students is the USA Scholarship, now in its 36th year of encouraging the best and brightest to choose JCC as the starting point for their college educations. The USA Scholarship provides first-time, full-time high school graduates with NYS Regents or PA college preparation track diplomas, ranked in the top 20 percent of their graduating class, with up to four semesters of NYS resident tuition not covered by JCC tuition waivers or by PELL, TAP, or PHEAA grants. Since the USA Scholarship's inception in 1979, JCC has distributed $6 million to more than 3,000 students. For eligibility and application information, click here.
