I received my Master of Education in Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Positive Coaching from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri in May 2019. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Alfred College of Technology at Alfred in May 2017. I am a native of the city of Jamestown, NY, and love being able to give back to my local community every single day while working at Jamestown Community College.

Prior to Jamestown Community College, I was an assistant athletic academic coordinator at University of Missouri Athletics, where she was an academic advisor and mentor to student-athletes. Prior to Mizzou Athletics, Morgan was a key component to the Pioneer Football program and the athletic department at Alfred State, where I spent eight seasons as a student assistant on the Pioneer Football staff. I served as coordinator of football operations and media at this time, while also assisting the Pioneer athletic department with day-to-day operations.

During my second year at University of Missouri in 2018, I was awarded the SEC Rising Star award, which is presented to a woman/minority who shows stand-out potential in the field of athletics. I was also the recipient of the Pioneer Honor at Alfred State in 2015, which is given to the individual that goes above and beyond to aid the mission of the athletic department. I was also named Leader of the Year following my efforts as vice president of Alfred State’s Black Student Union (Ujima) in May of 2017.
