POSTPONED until fall 2020: The Perils of Plastic

Sherri Mason, renowned for her research on the prevalence and impact of plastic pollution on freshwater ecosystems, will discuss the effects of microplastics on the Great Lakes.

Dr. Mason is the sustainability coordinator at Penn State Behrend. She earned the Heinz Award in Public Policy, was named an EPA Environmental Champion, and received the Excellence in Environmental Resarch award.
