Guarantees acceptance of JCC students who graduate with an A.S. Criminal Justice,  A.A.S. Criminal Justice – Police, or A.A.S. Public Safety Technology – Fire Science degree (students receive junior standing), or a Certificate in Corrections Officer Technology, Law Enforcement Technology, or Public Safety Technology – Fire Science (students receive sophomore standing), and a minimum cumulative JCC grade point average of 2.5.  Students who graduate with one of the associate’s degrees can transfer up to 60 credits by including specified courses in their degree, and  students who earn one of the certificates transfer all credits required for the certificate (32 credits for Corrections Officer Technology, 45 credits for Law Enforcement Technology, and 30 credits for Public Safety Technology – Fire Science) and can also transfer specified additional credits.
