Learn about intercultural communication and Italian culture – then put it into practice and travel to Italy over spring break!

Join us for a 3-credit hour course (CMM 8506) as we tour throughout Italy March 27-April 7. Prerequisite courses meet 8:30-9:45 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 16.

The trip includes visits to the Vatican, Rome, Florence, and Venice. You will learn to make pasta and wine in Tuscany, see the tower of Pisa and the Colosseum in Rome, witness Michelangelo's David statue in Florence, take a Grand Canal Cruise in Venice, and so much more.

Cost is $2,500, and includes airfare, housing, activities, transportation, and breakfast each day. Scholarships are available to assist with trip costs.

Globalize Your Mind: Guatemala

Join us for this 3-credit hour course (SPA 1600) as we travel to Antigua, Guatemala May 26-June 10, 2018. Prerequisite courses begin April 12.

Here’s what you’ll experience on the trip:

  • One-on-one Spanish classes
  • Homestays with meals
  • Excursions to the Mayan ruins of Tikal and el Volcán Pacaya

Cost is $3,000 ($2,776 plus $223.50 for 2 credits in-state tuition) and includes airfare, insurance, classes, homestays, and excursions. A down payment of $750 is due January 15, 2018.
