Students use the physical and mental processes of acting to build self-confidence. Both improvised and rehearsed scenes are practiced in class to discover how to be at home in front of an audience. Students will gain an understanding of the terminology and major areas of lighting, sound, and staging through hands-on-training. Students will gain the skills needed to produce a live performance, content, or theatrical production. Students will apply these skills by developing a production from design to performance.
